Tsiakkas White Dry
Made from Xinisteri grapes from the High Pitsilia region where vineyards gro above 1300 meters, results in a delicate, fresh and fruity wine with a crisp finish. It is a lightweight wine with a nice structure. A deliciously fresh and delicate wine with a soft, charming nose and palate.
Tsiakkas Red Dry
Made from the Mavro, Ambelisimo, Cabernet, Pambatzies, and Mataro grapes from the Hight Pitsilia region where vineyards grow above 1300 meters. The microclimate of the region and the blending result in a good textured wine with a very good fruit concentration, and a balanced acidity. A fine full, seductively rich, red wine with some complexity and generous after taste.
Tsiakkas Rosé Dry
The Grenache variety makes up this light body wine with the appley fruit and wonderful structure and a long lingering finish. A lightweight attractive, rassberry colour rosé with an aromatic fruity flavour.
Tsiakkas Cabernet Sauvignon - Oak Aged
This is the only award winning wine of Cyprus at the 2001 Thessalonica International Wine Competition. Aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels, it has a wonderfully toasty nose, delicious ripe fruit and elegant structure with a great balance and a very sweet oak. A ruby coloured, full bodied, red wine with great intensity of flavour, exceptional richness and quality.
This wine underwent cryo maceration (cold maceration) which resulted in lovely apricot and peach perfumed aromas. It has a fresh acidity and excellent ripe fruit, which appears sweet. Long delicious finish.
The deliberate restriction of the yield in the vineyard resulted in a wine with a very high floral concentration. It has a fresh oily fruity character and a high acidity. Good green fruit and complexity.
Tsiakkas Sauvignon Blanc
Early morning picking of the grapes resulted in a maximum floral concentration in this wine. It has a zesty citrus nose, fresh acidity and a long finish.
Tsiakkas Organic Red
After three years of organic cultivation of our privately owned vineyards, Lacon of Germany gave the winery the certificate to produce wines from ecological vineyards. This is a skillful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Mavro Ambelisimo resulting in a big fruit spice and a long finish.
